There to see family for Christmas. Tim was never cleaned over the 3 days. Soap never replaced. Had to ask for clean towels. Bed was comfortable and pool warm

Check this one out.
My wife and I have stayed overnight here 3 times in the last year. We have stayed at several hotels in the area(Blackwell, OK) over the last several years and this hotel is easily the best we have found. The front desk staff are great, friendly and efficient! The rooms are acceptably clean and in good working condition. The parking lot is well lit. You will probably hear a freight train horn during your stay here but it is far enough away to not be a deal breaker for us. Their breakfast is typical of hotel breakfasts with somewhat limited offerings, but adequate for many. We discovered a Daylight Donut shop about a half mile or so toward Perry that has fresh kolaches and donuts that are delicious. Overall we are very pleased with this hotel and will continue to stay here when we stay in this area.

We love staying here!
We stay here every time we drive north to see family. Everyone is always friendly no matter what time of the day it is. The rooms are always clean and well kept. The breakfast has some great options. The area where the hotel is located is very quiet at night. We highly recommend it!

Hidden Gem
Stayed here because of a cancellation of another property. Was skeptical of the quality since it was a very affordable same-night booking, but my expectations were surpassed considerably. The exterior and lobby are gorgeous and well kept, the front desk staff was friendly and quick, and I had no problems checking in. The rooms themselves are very cozy and ergonomic, and the shower wowed me. Can't remember how the bed felt but I didn't have any complaints. The breakfast wasn't spectacular, but for a microtel, it did the job. Would highly recommend staying in Perry solely for this steal of a hotel stay.
