We arrived at 8:00pm snowy day. Was very warm and cozy in the hotel room. When I was checked in, little disappointed because was not kind to me. I know everybody was stressed in bad weather. When I was checked out next morning, everybody seemed happy. Of course I shared my feeling when I was checked in. They apologized to us.

My family enjoyed the pool/hot tub/waterslide. The beds were comfortable and everything was nice a clean. Breakfast had good options. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The pool temperature and the temperature of the room was quite cold. My kids who normally love swimming found the pool to be cold and it did not help that it was very cold in the room itself. The temperature in the hot tub was mild. Not sure if we will be returning as we used to come here before mainly because of the pools.

Favorite thing is that this property is near the wineries on the wine tours of the NE area. Hotel has adult lap pool and steam room. lots of good breakfast choices. Room was clean and spacious.
