Stayed a week apart and both times were given the worst rooms at the very back building with ugly views of the back parking lot where several homeless people were living in their cars… no coffee in the lobby. Hated the bathroom setup. I don’t like a bathroom sink in a door less alcove. Will look for a more upscale hotel there next time. Very disappointed in the Valley River Inn.

I’ve stayed here numerous times over the years, and this was my best stay yet. They have updated all the rooms, and did an excellent job! I definitely will be coming back here on future trips.

Great hotel that is in the process of being upgraded. We have stayed here before and so far everything looks good and the restaurant/bar is amazing. Something were closed due to the remodel but it didn't effect our stay.

Empty room with no thought or care. Considered a suite because they have 2 refrigerators. No decor or style. Public area was very aged. Loud and noisy. No gym and no coffee.
