Nice fire

Great service- nice folks. Older property. Smaller beds. Jacuzzi suite has no shower- just jacuzzi with shower head hose in bathroom. There is a decent fridge and microwave. In the summer a pool. Super clean, just older furniture.

Cute Crooked Cabin

The balcony was the best part of this cabin. We appreciated the stocked kitchen. However; the floors were very sloped and the access from the parking spot needs another step.

This was such a cute and affordable place to stay. Everything was very clean and homey. It reminded me of being at my grandma's when I was young. The outdoors were clean and well kept with signage that had clear communication of different things you might need to know about the hotel. Now all this signage was handwritten and I thought it gave a neat touch. Obviously telling you this is a small business. When you enter the main office it feels more like entering a living room with a check out desk. It looked clean, smelled clean, and was a nice atmosphere. The desk has a retro cash register, the kind with the keys that only have numbers and it types onto the printer paper. I have no clue if this is used or for show as I used a credit card and it was input into a computer that sat next to this cash register. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and happy to offer any advice on seeing Eureka Springs. He pointed out a shelf full of brochure with different activities one can enjoy on their stay in town. We got a single queen bed room. It was cute. there was a chair for sitting, one nightstand with a lamp and the bed. The room did have a small fridge and microwave and a full sized coffee maker on the bathroom counter. There was also a little nook for luggage and clothing. The bed had a quilt on top of it which made it feel more homey.

I have stayed at Brackenridge twice. The first visit was with another person, and we stayed in a suite. The second visit was by myself, and I stayed in a standard room. I preferred the suite for the following reasons. More than one of the wall outlets in the room did not work. I had to unplug the lamp in order to plug in my laptop. The bathroom had a step up, which I was not expecting. Having a bad knee, this was a challenge for me, but I made it work. I had a difficult time getting connected to and holding wifi. This may have been just the room I was in, however I seem to remember having this trouble during my first stay as well. Other than those few things, it was a nice place to stay. The gentleman who arrived me was polite and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. The location is great. I will stay here again, but I will ask for a different standard room if I am by myself again.
