Shuttle service was troublesome, overworked and not prioritized. I’d stay closer to the airport next time. However the room was quiet for the short nap I did get. Simple breakfast expected at this price point.

Perhaps my favorite hotel I've ever stayed at! Room had ALL the amenities I could possibly want. I wish I could live here as a studio apartment. Felt roomy and spacious, yet no wasted space, something useful or functional everywhere. Front desk staff was super friendly. I worked remotely on my laptop in the room, there was a very spacious desk area and solid large comfortable office chair. There's a library of DVDs and DVD players you can take to your room! I could see the TV from the bathtub, which was awesome.

This hotel needs a refresh. It is a bit run down. On the other hand it has a full kitchen in the room which is a plus especially in Fairbanks which is a city with limited dining options. Staff is polite but not focused on the needs of tourists. Could not help with suggesting activities, etc.
