The location was perfect, and affordable, before catching the ferry in Woods Hole. Staff was good and well lit parking lot was appreciated. Rooms were fine and clean for a 1 night stay

We stayed for one night. The hotel is close to ferry terminal and that was our goal. The hotel is off a busy street. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and recently remodeled. Good for a short visit.

We stayed here only because there weren't any other handicap accessible rooms anywhere else in Falmouth. The mattress was awful, but the free breakfast was so bad looking that we went to nearby restaurants.

Overpriced
The staff were polite and responsive. Upon checking in, we were sent to a room that was not ready - the door was open & linens were piled on the beds. The front desk staff immediately assigned us to another room, but this was inconvenient as we had to move our luggage around with us as we went from the first room to the front desk, then to the second room. The room we stayed in was not very clean. For instance, I had to wipe off the ledge above the bathroom counter as it had a layer of dirt & dust on it. My daughter washed the dark bronze fingerprints off of the white bathroom door. We were quite surprised to find, attached to the bathroom mirror, a list of many items in the room and the prices they would charge customers who stole the items. The air conditioning was inconsistent and not effective at cooling the entire room. Overall, we felt that this hotel was overpriced as it delivered motor lodge level of services.
