Hotel staff were friendly and Hotel was quiet and clean. I enjoy staying at this Hotel when I'm in Farmington, NM for business. I have been staying at this Hotel since February 2024. This should tell you something about Hotel.

Terrible experience, but comfortable beds
We will never stay at this hotel again. For the price we paid we could have stayed at a very nice hotel. From the time we checked in until we left the whole experience was a joke. The overall appearance of the hotel was rundown. Upon getting to the elevator (myself, my husband and our daughter) went in with our luggage of one suitcase each and when we got between the 2nd and 3rd floors the elevator stopped. It was stuck. My husband tried calling the front desk and no one answered. We used the emergency phone in the elevator and it just rang for 5 min. Finally someone answered the emergency phone and brought the elevator back down. She told us it was having issues and only one person could go up at a time. My husband tried and it wouldn’t go up. So at 11pm we started hauling suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. The room had been poorly maintained, there were holes in the bathroom door that had a similar piece of wood slapped over the top. There was trash under the beds and mold in the shower. Thankfully the beds we wonderfully comfortable, the only positive part of the whole experience.

The floor in the shower/bath is really loud in the room.... Makes you concerned to take a shower late wondering if the room next door can hear it. And the table next to the fridge is really shaky so anytime you sit at it or put something on it, it shakes and bangs on the wall. Other than that the staff are great people to work with!

This Hotel is very nice, clean and has friendly employees. I have been here in Farmington, NM since February 2024 and I recommend this hotel for your stay. I will be here in Farmington, NM for another couple of months and this is where I'm going to stay.
