This is a horrible hotel. Front desk people just wanted to be on thier phones and sit in the backroom. The bed was like a rock and pillows were horrible. The room was at 85 degrees when we got there. Smelled musty. The elevator was bot suitable for a hotel signs everywhere about how many and what could go in. Breakfast was not good at all.

One night stay on a road trip. Appreciated they were dog friendly. Morning breakfast was great (eggs, hashbrowns, waffles, cereal, yogurt, bagels, toast, juice). Front desk people were very nice. Will stay again!

the Hotel is decent but is showing its age location is nice. area is clean and other than the large adult bookstore (which was pretty empty mostly) was quiet and nice. just a few near do wells walking about but otherwise it was quiet hotel is clean inside and rooms are comfy. the breakfast is decent and nice. ice machine works front staff was nice. overall not a bad room

The Manager refused to even listen to us we came up with an emergency medical problem and had to cut the trip short 2 days, all I wanted was one day refund for that would have been a 36 hour notice and all she keep saying was this is the rule well how am I supposed to know an emergency problem was going to happen will never ever recommend thiis horwl

First and foremost, the staff is professional and very helpful. However, management should make sure TV’s are compatible with the correct remotes. Next they need to inspect all plumbing. The toilet tank equipment was old and defective. I had to rig it to make the water stop running and stop the loud noise.
