It is unique property for a small town, very up market as it was built by Marathon Oil, whose global headquarters is there in Findlay, for there traveling executives and management. It also hosts other local businesses for conferences, etc. Lots of dining options that are a short walk from the Hancock Hotel.

Hotel was nice but has housekeeping issues. There was leftover cookie and water in the fridge so it was not cleaned between guests. No disposable cups for brushing teeth and only one coffee cup for two guests? Also there is no closet to hang clothes.

The Hancock is located adjacent to Marathon headquarters and in easy walking distance to a couple restaurants and bars. The Hotel is really nice.

Have stayed many times with no issues, this past time was charged $300 dollars claiming we smoked when we did NOT. Then was told there is nothing they can do even though they checked to see that we didn’t. Will never ever be returning
