Fine but beware of late checkout fee

It was fine overall, except for the late checkout fee. The lady was not considerate, even for being just 30 minutes late, as I was very sick and couldn’t move quickly with the kids. I told her I would be out within 15 minutes at 11:15 a.m., and she was okay with that, which I did. However, she still charged me $30.

The room was barely clean. The floor needed to be vacuumed (there were a few kernels of popcorn under the bed) and the coffee maker and door knobs had been sprayed with something but not wiped properly.
