Beginning to show its age
We have stayed at this hotel a number of times. My husband likes the location for visiting his family. That said, each year there are more things about it that we find annoying and not conducive to a comfortable stay. This year it was the thin walls that allowed us to hear conversations, the TV, and music from the next room - often until 1-2 am. The room itself was dark - we were on the first floor and couldn't open the curtains because there were no sheers to provide privacy from the parking lot. We also noticed that the shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall. On the positive side - the breakfast had a nice variety of food, the staff was very nice, and we were able to do a load of laundry. The fitness center was okay, but the treadmill was out of order.

The staff at this facility are very knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond. The only suggestion I have is to build a sound barrier between the hotel and hiway.

Loud freeway traffic
Room overlooked a busy highway. Freeway noise was continuous and loud throughout the night which disrupted sleep. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable.

In my opinion the room is very dark - nice that it had a refrigerator in the room - we did use it. My problem was with the bed and pillows. The bed needs replace not a comfortable night sleep at all and the pillows - the pillows seemed to be half pillow. I little weird to me.
