Immediately smelled marijuana in lobby and halls but was asked to sign a no smoking policy upon check in. Overall room felt unclean and door had gaps of space around edges so large I could see through to hallway. Definitely seemed like an older hotel they had tried to update.

I liked that the hotel was close to the airport, however, the shuttle didn’t start until 9:00 am. Most flights are way earlier than that. We had to pay $30 for a taxi ride to the airport. Another thing was, the pool was green.

Everyone was great. The room was very nice and accommodating. Karen was also good in taking care of the breakfast items and the area.

Never go back to this place.
When we arrived, we were told the pool and hot tub would be open till 12am fri. /Sat. We planned our day according to what we were told. We arrived back at the hotel around 10pm, we ate and headed down dress to soak and relax. At the front desk we were told it was closed, and a paper sign was taped up in place of the mounted sign. In the room the toiler seat was dirty tge paoer towel holder was falling out of the wall. Our room number was 204

To much visiting at the front desk. People loud talking and standing around in the way. Rest room was handicapped. I didn't like that. The rest room smelled musty although the floor was dry. Hall way smelled musty, like a wet mop placed in a corner.

The pool and hot tub were great. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was deplorable. The water saving shower heads were great, but we had the Jacuzzi suite. Not only was the room remodeled around the Jacuzzi suite, it was cracked and broken in several areas. It took over 2 hours to fill the tub, hence deplorable. Now, credit where credit is due, I would stay at the property again. It's a great bargain. I just would not get the Jacuzzi suite.

No up to par for a Best Western
I arrived at the hotel and upon check in got to my room. Very strong cigar small and some kind of deodorizer, dirty couch. Got a new room and it was better but it had glade stick ups on the ceiling which smelled like bathroom cleaner. The couch was again dirty and the bench was stained in the room. No work desk/chair for a King Suite is very strange. No cable TV list. The girl working the front desk was the one bright spot, very nice and welcoming with a great smile.

Rude night staff
People where slamming the doors all night when asked to stop they got extremely rude and hostile and when we called the front desk the lady working was extremely rude and unprofessional, so we got very little sleep and as we will be doing a lot of trips through flint we will be using a different hotel.
