The rooms were nice enough. We did have an issue with our room key at first but the woman at the front desk handled it. There was only one working elevator and there was a convention going on, so that was a bit of a pain. The truly negative part was that it was clear the room wasn’t fully turned over, there was still garbage on the table from the previous guest as well as garbage in both garbage cans. The toiletries and coffee supplies hadn't been replenished and there was only one towel. The bedding had been changed which was the saving grace.

Air conditioner/heater in the room very loud and clicking every 5 seconds, I couldn't sleep... Dog barks... Breakfast room had barely any bread and no coffee The rest was average, reception average, didn't feel very welcome.

I have stayed here many times and overall it is a great place to stay for my needs. The only downside is I don't think both elevators have ever been working at the same time, and it was at capacity this past weekend and made getting back and forth to my room a little slower than I would have liked, but it won't stop me from staying there again.

I would have preferred to leave my vehicle at the hotel and take transportation to the airport, no staff member was able to give me a definitive answer to a simple question...does this facility have transportation to Bishop Airport?

1st and only time staying here
Only 1 working elevator that had a super sticky dirty floor from not being cleaned. Ac in room does not work. Front counter clerk did offer a fan to use and stated that the ac in her room does not work either so she uses a fan. No refresh on towels or check in from room service. Had free breakfast but was very simple eggs and shredded potatoes over cooked bacon. Toast machine was on but wouldnt cook toast. Ice machine on 2nd floor where we was staying did not work.

When I arrived, the front desk lady was asleep. I had to knock on the desk and then say hello 3x then she finally woke up. I then told the night person working and he said, “well she wasn’t supposed to work tonight, i’ll have to give her crap for that”, then laughed. They sell freezer items, but the fridges in the rooms do not have freezers. So it went to waste. The cleanliness of the hotel is AWFUL. I will attach pictures of how dirty the common areas are, the elevator floors are sticky. Staff was not pleasant. Barely any options for food in the little shop downstairs. Will not stay here again. Even the locks in the room were chipped. Very old hotel, you can find better down the road. It is not letting me attach photos- but the floors in the elevators and common areas were down right, DISGUSTING.

My stay was pre paid. At check in was told I had to pay a $100.00 deposit for incidentals. I was not happy about that. Only other issue was toilet was only 16 inches in height. Staff was pleasant-continental breakfast was good.
