The staff was friendly but not overly expedient. The facility was not well lit and the signs weren’t in clear view Main issue is property is advertised as having an EV charger but none could be found and staff was not aware of any charging stations close by.

Great renovated hotel and truly a pleasant stay!
Great service at the front desk, morning, noon, and night. Clean rooms and Breakfast was great. Breakfast had great choices for food and drinks will definitely stay here again and also recommend to others.

The facility is very nice, rooms are beautiful and breakfast is great. The elevator is noisy and the room thermostat did not work.

Amazing staff, Leanne went above and beyond with the shuttle service to the machine shop. The hotel was clean. The room had everything you need. Coffee maker , bar fridge and toiletries. The bed was comfortable. The blankets and pillows plush and clean. The variety for breakfast was amazing, the staff in the kitchen was very helpfull and attentive. Great package to buy tickets to machine shop and get a great rate at the hotel. restaurants right around the corner. Found the Soggy Bottom restaurant with fantastic meal options. Great package, travelling from Canada I will definitely be back.

The first night we were given the wrong room and we had to move, and the second room we figured out the air conditioner didn’t work. The next day supposedly it was fixed and it never cooled one degree. So the second night they moved us but the fold out couch couldn’t extend because built in furniture was in the way .
