We loved our stay and were sad to leave. The convenience to the train station is a lifesaver. The staff was awesome. Every dinner recommendation they gave us was excellent. They were always helpful with reservations or whatever we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance.we will go back.

I liked that it is one block away from SMN Train Station. Easy access to the sites we wanted to visit. The room was small but very clean, with its own bathroom. All staff was very nice and willing to help and answer all our questions. If I come to Firenze again, I definitely will book a room at the Boccaccio!

This property is very close to the Santa Maria Novella station, it is in a very busy area. The hotel is in decent condition, there is no lobby because they run a business storing tourist luggage. The free breakfast was basic but decent. The room itself had an older style of furnishing with older and scratched wood dressers. The bed linens were basic and pillow was thin and uncomfortable. The hotel was a good value, but I would not stay again.

Very helpful workers
We had a quick stay here for one night before flying out of Florence the next morning very early. The front desk let us check in early and was very helpful with recommendations. The cafe next door (you get a discount as a hotel member!) is AMAZING!!! The coffee and breakfast is amazing. At 4 am the front desk ordered us a taxi to the airport and was helpful with that. The hotel room was average - the pillows are so thin but other than that it was good.
