They never put my money back on my card for the unused incidental fees that they charged me. They charged my card twice for parking fees that they said were covered in the incidental fee!! Our room smelled like old mildew and mold causing me and my children to have a horrible cough!! The room was a bit outdated to me. Will NOT and returning.

The checking process was by far, the absolute worst experience we ever had. It took the front desk 40 mins to check in our family. The shower drainage is very poor. Definitely, not a $200/night room.

After reading the negative reviews about this hotel, I was a little nervous to stay. People complained of smelly rooms, long check-in times, rude staff, and dated carpet/furniture. I experienced none of that. I am just a regular lady that stayed at this property for 4 nights - I am not a rewards or honors member nor was I asked to do this review. I just want people to know how this property really is and not be deterred or question their booking choice. Upon walking in, you can see the big courtyard with a pretty fountain/pond on the other side of the glass windows/wall. The lobby had lots of seating and was full of light. Check in was really quick and painless. A young man named Diogo or Doigio or Diogio (something along those lines, I apologize) helped us. We were 15 minutes early to check in - he gave us warm cookies which was nice after a long day of travel. The room was clean and smelled just fine.. there was a cute gelato shop in the hotel as well. If I had to point out the negatives of this hotel I would say the Starbucks workers were pretty grumpy and the rooms had barely any sound blocking/insulation. I could hear people in the hall like they were in my room, especially doors closing and elevator dinging. It did not disrupt my sleep that I could tell but it was noticeable. The area was safe and close to Universal. Overall I would probably stay again.

The property was extremely clean, and the staff was very helpful and nice. There could have been two things improved upon better lighting in the room and another option other than Starbucks for coffee. It’s a very nice place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

The room flooded and soaked my luggage and clothing. Hotel sent up security, followed by maintenance to confirm and address the issue. Front desk staff was very unsympathetic and the manager refused to come out and talk directly to me. They promised to follow up via email and/or telephone, but I have yet to hear anything from them.

This hotel charges $33 per day to park your vehicle but advertises "self parking" vs valet. They also will charge you an additional $50 if you arrive just 2 hours earlier than the 4pm check in time. As we were charged the $50, we get to our room and room service comes in acting like the room had not been cleaned or serviced but it appeared clean, we just had to ask for towels. However, the room was very comfortable, the staff was nice, and it is in a great location. I would just have preferred to stay somewhere that offered free parking or at least advertised they required $33 a day and didn't make such a huge deal about early check in.

The stay was great. The only issue I encountered is that the property advertises early admission to Universal Studios. What isn't transparent is that you have to book the stay through the park to get it. That should be included as we found out too late that we didn't have early admission.

Our stay at the hotel was nice. Good facilities and clean. However, the manager that worked the front desk was not professional and condescending and made it sound like we were trying to steal fruit.

You have to pay for parking which is fine but then they never conform you paid and will just let you in and out if you push the button. Checking in we weren’t able to get into the room at the promised time and had to wait in the lobby with many other families. You basically have to wait in line twice to check in. Once to check in and then if the room is not ready to get your keys. Location is convenient.
