Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a little older but overall, not bad. The amenities at the property were fantastic! Despite the fact that the laundry room was closed for 2 days due to updates, I was overjoyed when I got to get in it because it had brand new LG machines and it plenty of them to use all for just $4 a wash and dry!! 🙂

Great staff,room quiet,large,comfortable.Location right near US 4. The only issue $33 dollar parking fee. I may have missed this fee.but I thought very steep for self parking.

Just to name a few issues we had: the rooms had an awful musty smell, the hot tub/spa was closed our entire stay, and the elevators were broken the day we were leaving so we had to carry our luggage down 7 flights of stairs to make it to the airport on time.

The property was amazing, parking was very easy and it was walking distance to a lot of restaurants and Universal Studios ! My dislike was the sink in the bathroom, there was a thick layer of black mildew growing around the top part of sink under counter, I noticed it when I was sitting on toilet .
