This was an amazing property to stay at Very close to the train station, shopping, restaurants, and the sites in Florence. The staff is super helpful and friendly!!

The location of this hotel is amazing! You are close to the train station and shopping! Restaurants are right outside the entrance of hotel! Staff is amazing! I highly recommend!

Incredible location, room, and staff!
We had an incredible stay at the Frame, from the service to the views, to the location. I truly cannot wait to stay here again. The front desk booked us an incredible meal at Buca Mario and overall made our trip memorable. Highly recommend!! Don't forget to try the breakfast and the wine cellar, both were great.

Fantastic hotel with exceptional customer service and hospitality. Great location for exploring Florence and all members of the team made us feel so welcome and were available for any queries/requests we had. I'd visit Florence again, just to stay here. Building is full of character and breakfast here, was a great way to start the day.

A Special Occasion Made Even More Special
The FRAME surpassed our expectations! The property was very well located, beautiful, and the service and attention to detail were impeccable. We were staying as part of our wedding festivities, and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. We arrived and stored our luggage with ease. When we came back to check in, our bags were already in our room (which was a huge help), and we arrived to rose petals on our big and comfortable bed! Immediately after we got in, a complimentary bottle of champagne was delivered to our room. I'm so happy this is the property I chose. We had some other wedding guests and my grandparents also stay on my recommendation, and everyone was so pleased and impressed. When we return to Florence, we will definitely come back to The FRAME!

They have some kind of high tech lighting system in the room that was glitchy. They worked on it for about 2 hrs after we checked in. Finally got the lights to come on by changing out a switch box the next morning. Only had 1 light the first night that we could get on. The bathroom light. After the switch was changed out, there were still some lights that did not come on. The staff was friendly, and tried to help, but the hotel was full up, and they had no other rooms available. I’ve never been in such a small elevator. Opted to take the stairs. Thankfully I was only on the 2nd floor.

Lovely friendly place, close to all. Great staff
They work with a garage that is close and safe. 3 minute walk. Check in was easy and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. We had a little living room, as well as a nice sized bedroom with a comfortable bed, nice window, it was quiet. We had breakfast included and it was lovely. There’s a beautiful breakfast nook with lots of options for seating and lots of choices for breakfast-you will not be disappointed. Staff was super helpful friendly.

Our room was VERY small but the location was great and it was clean. It was perfect for a stay in the middle of downtown Florence when you are not planning to spend much time in the room. The staff were great, especially Alex.

This very charming boutique property is within walking distance of all the main attractions in Florence. The fact that Mona Lisa's stolen painting was recovered from the property adds to the appeal. The property is well-appointed and has sophisticated rooms. However, it lacks other amenities that you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The charm of the city, many F&B choices, and other amenities within the city more than compensate for what the hotel lacks.
