Definitely a notch or two below Hampton Inn even though price was same or higher. Probably more lined up for the younger set and pet owners. But the room was fine, shower and bed were good and that’s really all I needed.

It was frustrating that there was no one at the front desk for about 15 minutes and we were very tired and waiting to check in. We called the hotel phone number and no one answered. The room is fine however I prefer to have carpeting.

I was surprised that there was no microwave in any of the rooms. Only one in entire hotel. So disappointing these days.

My only objection was I spilled something on the floor and when I used a washcloth to clean it up the washcloth was horribly dirty. I was so happy there was no carpeting until this happened.

This is a cute hotel. The room was efficient and the bathroom and shower was great! I had a small room which was perfect for one person. The chairs were comfortable. The bed was ok. I was hoping for a more comfortable mattress though. Overall all was great!!

First of all it cost me over $170.00 For The Night There was No Chair in The Room I Put in For a Handicap,She Said They Didn't Have It So I Said Ok, The room had no closet it had 3 long pieces of wood on a wall with hooks. no ice bucket. no coffee in the room.and no table it was a long counter mounted to the wall my husband had to go down and get me a chair, lucky the cleaning lady got one, For a Hilton Property I Thought it would be like some of the others ..Tell Paris Hilton To Go Stay There For a Night,,,I Will Never Go Back And I Want Some Of My Money Back... and You Had To Go An Exit Away To Eat, And Those Place Were A Lot To Be Desired for Sure !!!!! I Have never given such a Terrible Review...But This Deserves It..

Bare bones place. Clean but no amenities.
It is very techie looking. Lounge is like a Cafeteria. Certainly not a “bar” as the description states. Roma are cleans and comfortable. But no coffe maker in the room. The room smelled funny, water smelled funny and the pillows were terrible. Flimsy and barely there. But we were able to get extras. No restaurants or bars for dinner around. Breakfast was good

The Florence Tru hotel is really cute and modern-looking; and the staff was very nice and helpful! Breakfast was plentiful and tasty! The room - while modern - showed signs of wear, with some of the clothes pegs loose from the wall. The lotion pump in the bathroom was full, but not open at the bottom, so I could get no lotion. The bed was comfortable, though, and I got a good night's rest!
