The staff was friendly and informative but the beds are horrible, covers have burn holes in them, walls in room were disgusting, the pool had pieces of concrete missing on the bottom (that’s definitely a hazard), blankets are outdated.

This property is nothing like the images on the company website. The site says it was updated 2024. I needed to move rooms since we were booked into a room that had huge burn holes in the blankets and sheets. Very rundown and dirty.

Their pool and spa are really great, both are indoors. Everything is a little dated but very clean. We had a great time in our room which featured a heart shaped jacuzzi. The staff was very attentive and polite.

The floors were dirty feet were black. None of the dressers in our room could be opened. The flanker was like a sheet.

There were roaches climbing around the hot tub there were alot of guests that were doing drugs the beds were feom the early 90s rock hard and uncomfortable burns in the carpet. We were sitting in the hottub and on the rock wall roaches were climbing around would not reco.wnd this place

Called bedore booking to see if hotub was working. The whole reason i wanted to stay there. The tub was down. Then the mattress was the worst. Bed had so many endentions it was a struggle to stay on it. Shame how down hill this place has gotten.

What was unique is how black my socks were from the carpet the AC didn't work throughout the night the next morning I let him know cuz it's supposed to be there for two nights they were rude about it then offered to kick me out when I said this is the second time I had to ask about it and the guy acted like I was a bad guy the first time I asked about it was 9:00 the second time was 1:00 in the afternoon

Online this is advertised with beautiful intriguing pictures. This hotel, however, is a complete dump. $150 for 1 night. The entire facility is run down and dirty. Buckets under a/c units to catch dripping water. Shower water came out brown. Would not bathe my grandchildren in it. Carpet and walls, stained and smells horrible. The pool was not impressive at all compared to the pics online. It absolutely reked of chlorine. The arcade, my grandkids looked forward to so much. Well, 4 machines sort of work. The rest are completely broken or just take your money. Used as props really. Theres literally 1 ice machine and 1 vending machine in the main building. Save your family's hopes and your money. This place is a complete utter scam. This place has great potential. But whomever owns it certainly does not care the shape it is in.
