"The property was great; clean, comfortable, well maintained, quiet, and close to everything we wanted to do. Lisa was an amazing host, super communicative and providing thoughtful welcoming touches. The listing shows an EV charger onsite which isn’t currently there, but Lisa found me a list of compatible fast charging stations in the area which worked for us. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you’re looking to be close to the historic district."

"Only a 2 block walk to old town Folsom, and the American River with its many pathways. My wife and I enjoy walking and most everything we were interested in was within 1 mile of the VERBO. John and Amber were wonderful, very responsive, clean well kept and supplied home, even better than advertised. Was a very quiet neighborhood with friendly people. We would stay there again."

"We were vending at a show in the community center and the home was so close we were able to walk all four days of the show, despite the rain. House was super clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We used the crockpot (thank you!) to cook our dinner while we worked. The coffee pot is a k-cup (not listed) and the house is not the entire building (office on the other side - never saw or heard them) so listing unit B would have been helpful when we were checking in. We will definitely be coming back next year. House was a perfect set up for us."
