The hotel was super clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was great. It was about a 5 minute drive to CSU campus and lots of restaurants. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Just average hotel along a main thoroughfare. Slightly noisy, average amenities and cleanliness. The soaps and shampoo etc barely adequate. Not enough parking for a fully booked hotel, we came back late and had to park in the street. The breakfast not very good.

These hotel owners and staff absolutely are out to keep the rooms empty but yet paid for. Scandalous like a used car salesman who just sold a lemon he knew wouldnt make it a mile down the road.

Photos on website make it seem like it’s a beautiful hotel but it’s definitely not. The room was clean but the hotel itself is in need of a major update. It’s quite old, musty and dark. Also, needs an elevator.

Nice affordable property
This is an older property with an outdoor pool, hot tub, and small fitness room. The continental breakfast was better than most, and they have hot coffee available 24/7. Gotta love that! The rooms are a decent size, beds comfy with multiple pillows on each bed. The staff is excellent, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff and the lovely lady that handles the breakfast. It’s close to Walmart, Home Depot, coffee shops, and liquor stores for emergencies, and a 10 minute drive to downtown Ft Collins. The only complaint I had was there aren’t enough parking spaces for guest vehicles at night. Some have to park in the back of the hotel, Where half the spaces are leased year round to residents in the RV community next door. I didn’t feel comfortable parking there at night after coming back from dinner.

Absolutely loved the pool side rooms and the fact of having an outdoor pool. It was super hot outside and we had the pool to ourselves. Definitely will stay here again.
