The room was bigger than expected. It had a kitchen area with literally everything you'd need. It was almost like a mini apartment. The bathroom had a glass walk-in shower. There were also multiple shopping areas & restaurants nearby. I arrived way earlier than expected from my cruise and although my check-in was 3 pm. The woman at the front desk added me to an early check-in waitlist, allowed us to store our luggage, and offered us breakfast during the wait. That is what you call quality customer service !!

The nightstand had stickie coffee stains on it. The toilet paper holder was loose. The blankets were undersized for the bed. The pillows were lumpy. The room overall had a tired look to it.

Front desk clerk very gracious and the rooms were clean and beautifully appointed. The only negative is that the two elevators are somewhat slow. I would stay here again without reservation.

We only stayed here one night before leaving out on a cruise. The area is pretty noisy but we expected that given the location. Nearly impossible to get a table for breakfast with people camped out at them. One of the elevators didn’t work so the wait for an elevator was pretty ridiculous sometimes. Overall, it’s a nice hotel and I would probably stay here again.

Comfortable large room space to spread out
Really nice size room for kids to spread out. Comfortable beds. Plenty of counter tops for spreading out. However shower pressure really not good.
