Property was exactly like the pictures. Breakfast was ok. Room was very spacious and clean. Housekeeping came everyday. Restaurants are in walking distance. Didn't know that there was a $5 fee for receiving packages. Construction work was going on, didnt bother me. Everything else was fine. Beautiful clean Property.

Staff very friendly but they have to move me to another floor. The floor was wet by leaking ceiling. I almost fell. The AC was making noise. I could not sleep. First and the second no sleep.

Choose it for vacation just because it was hot tub in description. Wated in hot tub was hardly warm. Front desk persons several times. Other guests did so. No results. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

For the most part it was nice, especially the restaurant staff. The pool area needs improvement and regular cleaning and maintenance. The rooms have patchwork repairs. I was in one room where the shower leaked into the hallway carpet. overall its not the worst place I've seen with a Big Name.

The staff at this hotel are amongst the best that I have ever met. They were courteous, willing to assist, friendly, sweet, helpful, I mean they all were just amazing. This is not the fanciest of hotels as we needed to get away from Hurricane Milton, but those fancy hotels, which we've stayed at, need to take a page out of Sheraton's book on hiring staff. I just can not say enough good things.

Not worthy of the Sheraton Name
Horrible…. We had to be moved twice due to roaches in the rooms. The decor is very outdated, bed were not comfortable, the ac made noise all night and the curtains were dirty.
