I love the location of the Sheraton suites hotel. However, the room requires maintenance. Several electrical outlets were not working. In addition lack of cooling of AC and 1 out of 2 sinks non-functional.

The front desk staff was really different friendly with a smile also, the bartender, the male bartender was really friendly only thing I did not like is the park and $10 a night which I had to find a parking elsewhere. Also remove my sign so I can get my room service but I had to call and just ask for my trash and towels.

The staff at the front desk is really friendly with a smile Also, the male bartender was really friendly. what I didn’t like was I had to call to get my trash out and ask for towels.But my biggest concern was $10 a night for parking which I pay to stay there for four nights I had to park somewhere else.

The hotel was okay I honestly I was a bit disappointed the exterior/lobby was clean and renovated and modern however the room and hallway was so old the carpet smells in the hallway and the room. The bed was terrible my couch at is more comfortable than the bed. I had to check to see if we had a water mattress because the minute my 4-year laid in the bed it sunk right in. My husband slept on the sofa due to that. The bathroom was the best part of the room it was clean and modernized. I’m glad it was just one night I wouldn’t stay there again

This was our first time at your hotel. Getting to the registration desk from the front door was very bad! One car blocked the entrance, so moving our bags from our car to the inside was really bad, This will be your last stay with you!
