Hair dryer in room only blew cold air. There was a noise of something running all night. Hard to sleep. Evening reception was not great. Have stayed at embassy suites many times and evening reception could be greatly improved with some fruit or cheese and crackers. Water pressure awful.

The bath tub was disgusting . I spoke w Nicky the front desk about it and she said so sorry😡. I paid a lot for one night and I never found something like that . I have a picture from the bath tub . I will write to the manager .

What a pleasure to stay at Embassy Suites! Manager Arturo and his great staff really cared and made our stay terriffic even though we had some medical problems! Beautiful rooms, clean, great attentive staff and an amazing breakfast buffet including made to order Omelettes! Close to shopping and walk to a convenience store - Highly Recommend!

the furniture in the room is old, the carpets in the room look worn, the cleaning staff are very friendly, the chef in charge of making the omelettes at brakfast is not friendly or smilling at all, always looking at this cell phone without caring much about customer service. the pool area is very boring and lonely and the pool towers have to be requested at the reception and then returned to the same place. the hotel storehas no one to attend to it, i always saw it without any person in charge and the dont explain any details about it at the reception on the day of entry.
