The entire Front desk Staff, especially Tania and Jose and Ryan, and all whom I had met, including the Maintenance, who was always Courteous, Kind and above all Professional, TOP-NOTCH! \m/ The Rooms are very spacious and quiet, due to good construction between Rooms. The included Breakfast Buffet is definitely something to look forward to the night before, wonderful and wide array of Breakfast delights. The Valet Parking Staff were helpful and courteous and quick to get your vehicle or drop-off, pick-up location. I would highly recommend The Hampton Inn Oakland Downntown-City Center...5 STARS!*****"

"This hotel is a hidden gem. I love it so much I almost don’t want to review it so it doesn’t get too booked. The rooms are large and well appointed with TV, microwave, and mini fridge. Most importantly they are pristinely clean. The staff is friendly, helpful, and highly efficient. The location is perfect and parking is on site and garaged. You absolutely cannot beat this value. I am a repeat guest—anytime I am in Oakland for business, this is where I stay. "
