There was nothing I did not like about my room except that the windows were dirty, so it was hard to take a picture of the view. I booked my reservations through Expedia. I called the hotel the day before to confirm my reservation to be told I did not have one. I then called expedia and their customer service rep also told me that I had no reservation. I then got online an booked and paid for a reservation at a higher cost than before. The first reservation was book now pay later. I checked into the hotel and was told that I had booked two reservations and because I had paid for one I could not get the lower price. I would also have to call Expedia to cancel the first reservation so that I would not be charged for a "no-show". This was a hassle and no one was very accommodating. I was fortunately, able to cancel the first reservation without being charged a fee. I have been using Expedia for years but I probably won't be using them anymore.
