In dire need of attention
Entrance, lobby and breakfast areas were all nice. Breakfast was good. Hallways and rooms are in dire need of attention. The smell in the room, along with the filthy carpets, and the one in our room hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. The only reason we stayed is because the beds and bathroom appeared to be clean (trust me, I tore those beds apart and thoroughly inspected them) and it was late after driving 10 hours. The cleaners really need to pay attention to detail like dirt along where the wall meets the floor, dirt on stuff like the air conditioner, cobwebs plainly visible, vacuum after each guest. Hallways need to be renovated and new carpet. Would not stay again.

First of all, Ms. V was amazing when checking in and was so fun to talk to. Our stay was great until the water was turned on without any notice. When I called the front desk the person that answered was rude and gave vague answers. Eventually the manager let us know a pipe burst and sent us to another hotel with a broken lock, roaches everywhere and a smoke smell. Stay started strong but they really dropped the ball.

This hotel was a little outdated in decor however it was clean comfortable and lots of towels. Can you ask for more! Staff were friendly. We ate some of the best food nearby at a Cajun southern restaurant
