The hotel was very dirty. The room smelled musty. There was a pubic hair in the toilet when we arrived in the room. The curtains, outlet cover, light between the beds, and plug ins in the cabinet between the beds were broken. There was a big crack in the bathroom sink. The shower door didn’t close all the way. Couldn’t figure out how to set the alarm clock for the correct time. The WiFi password was nowhere to be found. For a double room they only left 2 washcloths daily. On day 2 the washcloths were as cheap as ones obtained from the dollar store. They left one bath mat on day one only. The rest of the time we didn’t get one. There wasn’t an iron or ironing board in the room. The elevator was filthy and in need so a paint job. There was a huge buildup of dust on the louvred doors on the first floor. Overall I don’t know how this hotel got such good reviews. On a positive note the AC worked very well. The restaurant / bar was good. I will never spend another penny in this company’s hotels.

After reading all the great reviews, decided to book this hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Bathroom is tiny. Space between door & shower was rotten. There is no closet or even a hook to hang your clothes. Dead roach on the floor. Won’t book this hotel again.

The hotel was conveniently located in the French Quarter, the staff was simply amazing, friendly and warm, always. The mattress in our room was noisy and the room was moist and dusty. Other than that our stay in New Orleans was memorable.

Great service and very friendly staff. My room with balcony was wonderful. The bathroom is small, but the water pressure in the shower was perfect. You can hear the traffic off bourbon st. All night but that was fine with me being a block away. Will stay again!

After a long drive, we easily pulled into the hotel’s private parking and we were greeted by friendly staff who helped us unpack the car, check in at the lobby and go to our room. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the pool was refreshing. We loved our street balcony with a large table to dine at on a quiet weekday evening. We will come again.
