I will never stay at this hotel ever again. I've stayed here a few times before, but this stay was something else. I couldn't sleep the first night because of traffic noise because the room was near the 91 fwy. I mentioned this to the receptionist and was given another room. I got food poisoning from the breakfast there and had diarrhea for two days. Then, the second room had either fleas or bed bugs. I have bug bites that kept me up for days and I couldn't sleep. I showed the front desk some of the bug bites on my arm and they gave me another room. That room's wifi wouldn't even work. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. The hotel needs to put a high wall for the rooms situated near the freeway on-ramp and is due for a serious remodel. Rip out all the filthy carpeting and put some laminate. The kicker for me was their no pet policy that don't even enforce. Yet, one night I saw a guest bringing their pitbull inside the hotel. This is exactly why the staff needs to speak up and prohibit the dog from inside the hotel to prevent a flea infestation. Not only that, homeless people sneak inside the breakfast area and dine with the paying guest. Even the security guard mentioned they have a homeless problem and I even saw Fullerton Police drive through the parking lot and do nothing. What is the security staff and management doing over there? Wow! Just wow!

It’s located right off the highway, and is a 19 minute drive from most interesting local places and Disneyland. Otherwise, don’t expect the staff to clean your room if you’re gone all day, don’t expect to get the room you book, don’t expect anything from your booking besides the number of nights you book. Even that I would double check. The front desk staff is friendly for the most part. Juan is helpful and cares.

It’s in a pretty shabby state. Oh and no fridge in room is a major inconvenience. The front desk staff is great though. Really nice people. Not the cleanest room and the shower is on its last legs and the toilet runs and runs, you gotta keep wiggling the handle. Seems like something they should fix

Everything about this hotel was perfect! Breakfast was always good, the parking was spacious but the main thing was the staff in this place were amazing they are super friendly and always there to help. JUAN was the main man! Amazing customer service skills and had good recommendations for things to do. If you do go make sure to hit up juan!

My second time staying here a little of a old school but the services are there and I really like my staying keep up the good work the front personal was really helpful and the housekeeping person as well also a would like to congratulate a housekeeping men who went above and beyond taking us a microwave and a refrigerator it made our stay even better

The photos of the property are misleading. The hotel is old and worn and has definitely see better days. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the cleaning staff do the absolute best job possible, but the carpets are old, there is a faint smell of mold in the bathroom because there is no fan, and generally the hotel isn't as nice as I expected a Howard Johnson hotel to be.

Personally didn’t love it. I’ve stayed here 3 times because of the convenience of the shuttle taking us to and from Disneyland. But this week long stay was the worst. They had us in 3 different rooms, the toilet didnt work, the card reader on the doors wouldn’t read the cards to open so I had to constantly go to front desk for new room keys, the rooms were all humid, the shower was also clogged, the control for the tv didn’t work. The staff was kind and did what they could. This hotel needs some real maintenance work and a whole upgrade. Won’t be back.
