We booked a deluxe king room which was lovely... except we had NO bathrobes and the heat was turned completely off so the room was 65 when we walked in. My wife wanted to use the bathtub which is her favorite thing to do in hotel, but didn't do it because she didn't have a bathrobe to use. We were too tired to bother calling down to ask for a bathrobe to be sent up. There also was no blanket and extra pillow in the closet. Just nice added amenity on a cold night.

Nice getaway!
We had a beautiful stay! Our service at the Louis bar wasn't good but the food was delicious. Service and food at the Marc restaurant was great! Hotel staff and ice rink staff were very nice.

This property was above and beyond what I expected. It was very safe around there and we came in to visit our family member and it’s right off the freeway. The staff was so phenomenal, but one of the drivers took us on a tour of the property and the little bit of time that we had to spare. It was just exceptional.

The property was gorgeous. Received wrong information in regards to dining options which affected our decision for dinner from the front desk. We were also told we would have a $200 incidental hold on, which was fine. Final bill was $182 for incidentals which we purposely kept under $200. However, without our permission they put another $260 hold on our card. Didn't even mention this at checkout. We had to call back to inquire after seeing it on our card. Staff was not knowledgeable. Hotel amenities not worth the per night costs. Beautiful property to visit, just don't stay at the Inn.

This place was very nice! It was spotless. Fireplaces everywhere. The restaurant was very expensive so be aware. Breakfast cost us $93 dollars, it was $39.99 each without drinks. We also had to wait 10 minutes for the cook to finish talking to the waitress before he would cook our omelet! We ask twice! That was crazy! You would think that in a high end restaurant that the cook would be waiting on you! They need to address that with him. It was on a Saturday morning too! Other than that it was a pleasant experience!

I absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Chateau Elan. We were so amazed at the beauty and the layout of your resort. We were able to get couple massages that was amazing. We played 9 holes on your par 3 golf course which we truly enjoyed. We also had a chance to do the winery tour which was totally awesome! My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay and will be back soon.
