We like to stay at this hotel because it it near UF. The rooms are a nice size. The staff are friendly and professional. This time we were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. At some point prior to us checking in someone must have killed a roach on the cornice board and it was just left there to be looked at. The silver tray in the bathroom was dirty with hairs. The shower head dripped. The shower curtain was too short and did not close completely. I always bring my own shower products but for this trip I figured I would use the ones provided. However, once I was already in the shower and went to use the shower gel it was empty. More attention needs to be paid for the rooms to be cleaned.

Front desk was unpleasant the bathroom I had to clean the floor because it was so greasy and dirty. The floor mat turned dirty after the clean. The bed has been set on the room, tarnished and paint spots all about.

Property was nice and had a good guest service experience. However, the ceiling in our room was swollen due to moisture. The bathroom was not very clean. One of the beds has a stain on the comforter so we removed it completely and only slept with a sheet. We only stayed one night during our Florida travels, so altogether it was comfortable with a few minor problems.

After a few terrible hotels, I decided that Im going to have to book with a name synonymous with quality and not based on the reviews as they have led me astray. This hotel stood up to the name Hilton. It was beautiful and clean, and I plan to stay there again.
