Check-in went well. The employees at the front desk were very nice. The hotel appears older with recent remodeling. In my room, you could see where the ceiling had a leaks and was repaired. The sink had a crack running through it, but the room smelled and looked clean. For some reason, I woke up at 1am. The bed sheets were scratchy to me. I turned on the TV to see roaches crawling across the bed and table. I immediately packed up my belongings, took a quick shower and tried to check out and talk to management but the lobby was closed. I spent the rest of the night in my car.

Staff were extremely polite and helpful. We arrived late, around 12 midnight, and they called my phone and tried to confirm. I missed the called but they made the reservation when we got there and paid. Eventhough I had a problem with the card, they finalized the booking. The room was clean and in perfect conditions. Blankets were perfectly clean. That is the best compliment for a hotel, having clean bedding. Also, Saturday we missed breakfast and on the way to check out, the staff in the front offered a coffee. I recommended this place.

The rooms are musty and damp, run down property and the rooms were meh. I mean, I guess it’s what you get in a college town but not impressed.

The room had a great overall appearance. Everything looked modern. Parking was terrible because there was not enough parking. The sink was leaking. The floor was sticky and dirty. The bed had an odor of urine and the sheets were not clean. I had to lay on the side of the bed when it was a nice size king bed. Was barely able to sleep. Would not come back.

No one at the desk when we got here. Waited 10 minutes for someone to show. Flys in the room. Breakfast attendant wore headphones so he didnt have to speak to anyone, slides with socks and pjs. He dropped things on the floor and didnt pick them up. Just kept walking.

The only problem was that the refrigerator was dirty, and the freezer compartment had a sheet of ice floating in dirty water. We were not able to use this item. The man in the office was very nice and professional.

room was dirty we had to borrow a mop to clean it at 10 oclock at night. we had to clean the back board of the bed because it was dirty.the sheets were all ript.the soap was really bead. the key card whent bad would not open the door. toilet paper holder was broken and the fauset in the tub was was coming apart. travolocity should have people check this hotels. thats 2 bad quintas that i been to that were bad.

I liked that it was close to dining options and the university. The only thing was that that ac smelled a little mildewy, but other than that everything was clean and good. It was fine to just sleep in for a night.
