When I got there to check in, the gentleman was nice and helpful went to the room pulled back the sheets. There was dirt and hair in between the sheets. The floor has not been swept. There were bugs, and there was a dark ring in the tub. Went back to the front office. He changed us to a different room. The second room had the same issues.

Wrong check in date

When I first got to the front desk I was greeted by the person in the front.I told that I had reservations he check and said No so I spell out my name .And then he said yes but it was for the 14 an I told him and show him that I made it on the 13 and it was supposed to be I'm byfor the 15 and 16 .And that didn't make sense because I had an appointment with V.A. hospital for surgery on the 16 we talk for awhile then he gave me a room after we talk for awhile.

Quality Inn was great as was the check in clerk. What we do not like is Expedia not backing what they promise: the hotel booking protection plan my sister paid for in case she needed to cancel...and she did but got NOTHING in a refund...we would have expected to not get the $9.00 back for the protection but she also did not get the $94.28 for her room she cancelled in plenty of time for Expedia to rent out that room with it being graduation weekend. Pitiful on Expedia's part.

Barely average - lots of details need improvement from the dented trash cans to the barely clean bathroom there was lots not to love. The desk clerk was helpful with an adjustment to the reservation from a king room to a double...other than that most aspects were disappointing. Skimpy breakfast, maids carts sitting around all day, corner grime, barely adequate counter space in the room, only four hangers, etc. Won't stay here again.

People hanging around the area was a little sketchy parking lot seemed to be a drop off location as the vehicles did not always park. They were helpful in giving us a room near a side exit which made it convenient to excerse our service dogs
