It was clean but the phone in the room was not working, the wifi did not work, and to top it off, my car was hit in the parking lot, which is not the locations fault, but their cameras were not working so I could not identify who damaged my vehicle.

This was a very low rated hotel did not like it at all. That was very uncomfortable to say the least had a large American flag out front that was totally torn and tattered not a pleasant experience.

The staff is excellent. The room was underwhelming for the price. The bed is a mattress on a simple spring frame, some of which were broken, causing the bed to dip somewhat on one side. Every table was unwiped and had some sort of reisdue on it. The floor looked unswept and had multiple pieces of debris. When we pull down the conforter, there were visible crumbs underneath. I didnt say anything as it was a room and did its job, pkus there staff was woefully understaffed. Please note, the staff was excellent, the rest was barely par, at best.

the tv and toilet didn’t work. didn’t look anything like the picture. outlets didn’t have covers. cabinets had no covers. manager was never there and staff just said you need to talk to the manager.
