The bed was extremely comfortable, which is hard to find anymore. Easy to get in and out of, its on the main street. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. If there your there to see Yellowstone, your right at the North entrance. Will be staying here again.

If you are disabled this is not a good place
Even though we were in the first floor, we had to go down steps to get to our room and my knees had a problem. Plus there was no internet but that wasn’t the hotels fault

The office staff were wonderful. Extreme helpful. While the beds were comfortable and the linens were good, the room was extremely noisy. We could hear people walking above us at all hours. The AC was so noisy that we had to turn it off. Seems that the painter did not cover the exterior of the AC units so the fins are probably blocked. We were here 3 days, and slept poorly due to the poor insulation. The internal construction was of poor quality. In the bathroom, the trim was poorly measured and cut. Looked like a child installed it. Internal painting was sloppy, with paint on the sink and towel rack. Evidence of black mold in the corners of the bathroom! The door frame was poorly installed. Tweaked, so the door closes poorly. Certainly not worth the price paid. Not the quality expected for this parent company. A complete ripoff. Anywhere else this room is worth $90 tops. The location is good but it doesn't justify gouging the public

Wi-Fi was good. Only muffins, coffee, juice for breakfast but there was a café attached which (at a cost) provided great food. Very friendly staff. Great shower. Safe in the room (the only one of 16 hotels we stayed in which provided this facility). Good location.

This place is old, out dated and badly in need of renovation. The walls and floors are so thin that u can hear conversation and snoring in the next room. It is very noisy, especially first thing in the morning. Forget sleeping in, you’d do better to wait a couple of hours after things settle down. I’m pretty sure the property is listed as free breakfast but that’s a misnomer. They offer free coffee and muffins but right next door in the dining area where other facilities offer free breakfast, they CHARGE for typical breakfast items. It’s not free breakfast at all. The staff were all very nice and friendly. I opted for a room on the third floor just to avoid having kids running around over head but it was so loud anyway, it hardly mattered. The facility is centrally located; just needs to be bulldozed and start over with a better structure and this time include elevators.

Great Stay, No Elevator
Great place to stay en route from Bozeman to Yellowstone. Stayed one night, it was clean and comfortable! Lost a star because I was with my older parents and we were on the third floor with no elevator so it was hard for them to get all the way up there, so just something to be aware of.

I wanted to pay cash for my room. Desk clerk couldn’t comprehend that concept. Also, I prefer someone who speaks English and can speak English back to me.
