The staff are AWESOME!
Excellent staff! Very accommodating throughout our trip. The hotel is somewhat dated though, especially the exterior. Very clean rooms, which matters the most!

The staff here are phenomenal! They made our check-in process quick and easy, we’re very helpful, friendly and provided some great insight on surrounding area. Hotel is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, National Park, etc and walkable to a wide range of options. Great Hotel and highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

This property is outdated. There is yellowing in the bathrooms, walls are pretty thin, and the lodge could just use some overall renovation. But, it was clean and the staff was amazing. Pool area is great, it does just get a little busy at night. Best thing about the lodge was the location and that it had its own trolly stop. Not lodge related: if you stay in downtown Gatlinburg, expect that it can take 30-40 mins to get to pigeon forge (for those who haven’t been before) Overall, personally I would pick something a little quieter next time and easier to get to, but great affordable option if you’re looking for the convenience of downtown Gatlinburg!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and the restaurant had good food, however I wish they had more options. Burgers, hot dogs, fries and such were not on the menu. Shopping was within walking distance and I loved that there were Trolley's to take you to different shopping areas which were free of charge.

Location is convenient for walking the town. Pool looks amazing for a family. Mattress could have been better, could feel the support coils when we laid down. Someone kept leaving dirty towels on the chair in front of the room. Breakfast at the restaurant was not included and was the same room was food as any complimentary Continental breakfast at most other hotels. Went out for breakfast to area restaurants as a result. Not the worst place we have ever stayed by a long shot, but don't think we will make a return visit.

I hadn't stayed here since I was 12 years old back in 1980, so it was nice to be nostalgic. The restaurant was okay, and the pool was as great as I remembered it. I especially love the adult swim hours. On-site laundry facilities though would be a great idea.

The staff was great and we enjoyed the area. The rooms need some updating. Everything was clean, but in dire need of things like, new carpet, drain in the sink, new furniture. Also...you can hear the neighbors really well, esp. if they have children! All in all, we would come back to the area, but probably wouldn't stay here again because of the condition of the rooms (for the price).
