Really really needs updated but most places in Gatlinburg do. I appreciated the pool, but a little unhappy we were so far from the main hotel being on the back outside. We could NOT find parking at night. That was very unfortunate but maybe our mistake for coming on a holiday weekend. Overall, wasn’t the worst place!

This place was ok. It’s very old and they remodeled it halfways. If you get A room by indoor pool be prepared for loud noise all night till 11 pm. The pool had so much chlorine after I took A shower my body was super dry and still smelled like chlorine. Nothing special about this place. Also elevator was broken. Better to get A hotel closer to everything downtown

This property was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating, we had an issue with the air conditioner leaking, maintenance came quickly and switched our room. They offered to wash & dry the clothes that got wet. We enjoyed our stay and if I’m ever visiting Gatlinburg again I’ll choose this place.

The pictures advertise we’re not equal to what we walked into the hotel is definitely not up-to-date. Is like walking back into the 70s.
