Our stay at this hotel was great, the staff , housekeeping was very attentive to our needs, it would have been great if breakfast were included, but overall great expirience

Room was clean. The chair was broken but we.just sat our suitcase on it and sat on the beds. The indoor pool area was really cold maybe 60 degrees. The water was warm but the hot tub was filled with kids even though we were told kids not allowed in the hot tub and signs saying no kids in the hot tub.its convenient to the strip and on the trolly line.

Great hotel. This is an annual trip that my family takes. However , we did not enjoy the new rule stating no kids allowed in entire pool area after 10pm to allow adults an hour of swim. This is considered a family hotel. I would suggest changing the rule to no children in the hot tub or 9 ft pool after 10pm as a compromise as adult are very rarely in the smaller 5ft area. But overall a great hotel.

We enjoyed our stay it was a very convenient walk to Gatlinburg! The staff were awesome (especially John), our room was clean (I’m picky), and the kids loved the indoor pool. We’ll definitely stay again!

The location was great for walking downtown to restaurants and attractions. Ample parking. Awesome pool. Large, clean room. Friendly helpful staff- especially John, who treated us like we had been friends for years. They did everything possible to make our stay comfortabl, including a hot chocolate stand i. The lobby and lumbar cushions on chairs and benches in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced.

The smell of chlorine takes your breath away and causes a horrible headache. The beds were hard as a rock and not comfortable at all.
