Perfect location to walk into downtown without being too close to hear all the downtown events. The indoor heated pool is great after a long day out and about.

I want to be clear that I did not have an issue with the staff at all. The walls were paper thin, had obnoxious neighbors who continuously tried to open the connecting door between the rooms during all hours, the latest being after 10pm and the earliest being before 4pm. I kept smelling cigarette smoke, even though I had a non smoking room. Finding parking was difficult, the lot was always full. The location of the hotel was truly the only bonus, as it was about a 10 minute walk from downtown.

Good rooms. Clean. Enjoyed the balcony and view of the mountains. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. Loved the lobby and glass elevator.

First time coming to visit and the hotel was nice yet it did have its ups and down restrooms are small , the elevators take forever , some rust in the ceilings, the vapor of the pool cause the floors to be wet so caution when walking Other then that the pool was very nice the walking to the strip was very close and the staff was very nice the rooms were clean would the hotel in general is well maintain would book here again !

The TV kept cutting in and out, the outlets wouldn't hold the chargers in the sockets and the door was not sealed at all. Major draft of cold air coming in when it was in the 20's. I wouldn't stay here again.

We have stayed in several places in the Gatlinburg area, and this one was clean and safe. However, our room had a large glass wall out into a hallway where the bright lights stayed on all night. This was a terrible design, and the curtains in the room did not cover it all so our room never really got dark.
