This is a property that we stay in every year. It has friendly staff, great breakfast and it's easy to get to. I love that Perkins restaurant is in walking distance.

THE place to stay when touring Gettysburg. 5 minutes from battlefield. We booked Three days but ended up adding 3 more days. It’s a huge area and we had some rain. Book at least 4 days for Gettysburg if you can. Breakfast was a plus Clean hotel and great staff. Comfy bed also

Perfect place to stay when touring Gettysburg. Just close enough, 5 minutes drive to battlefield. Clean, great staff very friendly and happy to give directions to what ever you’re looking for. Breakfast was good with waffles cereal yogurt boiled eggs bagels. This is where I’ll stay next time

The staff are very friendly. There is coffee available in the lobby & continental breakfast. There is a Perkins on the property that offers a discount for guests. The bed is very comfortable & the room is large.

My wife and I arrived on Friday afternoon. We were given a handicap room which neither of us need. Took a shower Saturday morning and the tub started filling with water from a backed up drain. We left for the day and upon returning 8 hours later, the tub was still full of water, not to mention room service had been in and and just threw the bedding in disarray back on the bed. Sad….and I paid good money for that nights stay. Upon seeing conditions I went to the front desk and explained everything to the attendant and told him I wanted another room which he gave me. While at the desk, another person came to the desk and asked the attendant if someone could clean her room and empty the trash - she had been there 3 days…Sad… if I come back to this area again I will steer clear of this hotel.

Extremely friendly staff, quick check-in, and clean room. Breakfast was OK, but not excellent. Only hot option is to make your own waffles. Hard boiled eggs were available, but we’re not good – seemingly sat out for a long time.

This is the perfect place to stay while touring Gettysburg. The price is right. It’s very close to all attractions, within a few miles. Staff is great. Lady works hard in the breakfast area keeping it clean and well stocked. Breakfast is mostly carbs. Waffles and bagels, oatmeal, cereal. But there are hard boiled eggs available, yogurt and apples. And coffee is good. We booked 3 nights then extended it two more nights. Again, perfect place to stay to see Gettysburg while on a budget

I stayed there originally for one night, but loved it so much I booked a second night. Room was spotless, and the bed was ohhhh so comfy. There was even a coffee maker in the room.... thats def a plus. Overall a great stay and I totally recommend stayinghere if your visiting. Oh yeah, the price was great.... lots of bang for your buck
