We booked a non-smoking room. 1st you couldn't get into the lobby without passing the employees at front door SMOKING. Then we checked in and the room also had been smoked in. Told no other comperable rooms. We were supposed to stay 2 nights. Changed hotels....they refused to refund our 2nd night.

They only offer carb options for breakfast so if you have celiac, you are outof luck. Also, got in the shower, ready to Wash my hair only to find out that the containers were empty, completely!! All they did was say sorry, have a nice day. I will not be staying at this place or one of these hotels ever again.

This hotel was fine. The price was very affordable. The place was very clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had was that the two story building does not have an elevator. I do not think this was noted when I booked. It is an important factor in choosing this property.

Staff was nice, clean room, & bed was comfortable. Room was missing coffee maker. No shear blinds to let light in & maintain privacy at same time. Our room ceiling, below room above us, lacked acoustical dampening. Footsteps & sqeaky floor could be heard. Contintental breakfast had limited selection; no eggs, or meat.

There was a musty, mildew like smell very strong in room as you came in like they might have had a water leak from bathroom and the carpet backing molded. We were only there two nights so I didn’t complain and ask to move once I assessed that the further you went into the room the less it smelled and we basically were only there to sleep

Great for kids!!
We had a great stay here! It was clean and a great place to stay with kids!! There was even a working Pac-Man game in the kid’s room.

The only thing I would say was substandard was the electrical outlets. The top plug outlet on every single out was not working. Also, you cannot have a direct connection to the internet to do work on your laptop. You only have the option to connect to wifi, so I would say it is not the ideal hotel for business people to stay at. The staff are very helpful and superb! They are excellent and deserve top rate for their helpfulness! A++++++ for the staff!
