The property was great, the fact that Expedia overbooked us, wasn't great. My 27 year old son slept on a roll out mattress on the floor, so that he didn't have to share our King bed with my hubby and I.

The bathroom needs updating, several areas of temporary fixes, corrosion in the bathtub, signs of water leaks, tissue shoved in holes in the wall. The rooms appeared nicer than in person, but they were clean, just need some much needed updating and repair and maintenance. Our keys continued to stop working had to continue to go to the front desk. The outside entrances were not locked. Breakfast was not great.

checked in a 3pm. Room smelled terrible. Complained at front desk, they said rhey could get me a new room, but i needed to wait 2 hours. Asked for a refund on room since they could not provide a satisfactory room in a reasonable time. they said no, room was nonrefundable. i would stay far away from them and when i get back i will reachbout to corporate office, to see if they have any policiea related.

The lady at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The motel property was bordered by I90. It was one of the quietest rooms that I have ever stayed in. No noise from the interstate, the hall or the neighboring rooms.

Room was right by interstate so heard the vehicles all night long. GM wouldnt return call for 3 days to tell us what a random charge was for! Poor customer service. We weren't disputing the charge just asked what it was for.

My stay was very pleasant. The room was exceptionally clean. Unfortunately the internet wasn’t working properly. It would have been helpful if that was brought to my attention when I booked in. And the tv remote wasn’t working. But overall it was a quiet and restful stay.

Hotel was dirty - sheets were dirty upon arrival when we called to get new ones the staff acted annoyed- we ended up going and buying our own bedding from Walmart - reserved a roll away and it was nothing left but almost bare springs the mattress was worn to the springs - the breakfast was a disaster I ended up wiping tables for even other guests to sit - fillings the condiments and cutlery myself for my family and others . When we asked the front desk to refill the food and things she said “ our breakfast person didn’t show up so it is what it is” We ended up leaving and drove home the second night instead of staying it was so bad.

I walked into my room and opened the windows because it was a little stuffy in there. When I pulled open the curtains, there were dead elder bugs, all along the windowsill as well as live ones crawling on the curtains. Later in the evening, I went to go take a shower, pull open the shower curtain, and there’s a giant glob of hair just sitting on the edge of the tub as if it was not cleaned at all from the previous user of the room. The pool was completely out of towels. The continental breakfast ran out by 6:30 in the morning and they did not restock and said it was that they were out of groceries. When you advertise for a continental breakfast you should make sure you’re stocked. The trash cans around the outside doors were so full that you could not put trash in them and the trash was just blowing all over the property. The card readers on the side doors were disassembled and wires were hanging out therefore the facilities were not secure at all. if the entire town wasn’t sold out because of the big soccer tournament I would’ve left.
