There was no shampoo, not enough towels, no hot water and the bathroom light was so hot that if I touch it I can burn my fingers I don’t know what kind of light bulb was that.

The pictures used to promote this location are completely disceiving. As soon as we came in the building we noticed the ceiling in some areas was falling apart, building is old. Our room had a strong odor of bug spray,we had to open the window. Beds seem like air bags, super uncomfortable and bad smell. Horrible experience. TV was not working. Don't do it!!

It was good for the price
Parking isnt that great and tou pay for it came back late with an 11 year old parked on street and when I asked if I could be refunded for the parking he guided me around the other side if the building for additional parking instead of giving me the refund and it was past 12 two females. Also the corridors are very long so alot if walking didnt appear to have another entrance in the otherside and I wasnt told about it either.

Not worth $200 a night with a $100 deposit ($300). Website photos are misleading. Hotel is old, not renovated at all. You can hear your neighbors. Front desk person was sleeping in the back room when we tried to check out. After someone came to wake them up we were told their system was down. So they just took our hotel key and said they would check us out later without any confirmation. He said my deposit would be returned instantly. I called that night because I still haven’t received it back and they said it could take 3 days. I just think the experience was poor for $300 when there was a Marriott closer to LA or even burbank where I needed to be for the same price. I probably won’t be returning to this property. I thought it would be cute and fun to stay here and it was very mediocre.
