The employees are all helpful to most any reasonable request. There is a casino on site, however, a guest can not bring in an outside beverage. Kind of sucks, when the attendant refuses to even ask the guest if they want a drink...

We booked the stay because of breakfast photos and them having a nice breakfast. We got down there today and all they’re offering is cereal and packets of oatmeal
When we came to breakfast at 7 there was only cereal and packets of oatmeal, this area was empty

Checked in very late as we were traveling and passing through only. The room was clean comfortable. The only thing that I can complain about were the pillows. They are like bricks and left me with a stiff neck thus taking away one star on the rating.

I didn’t like that I was charged for the room by the hotel and by Expedia. I did get y refund but the hotel should only have charged e for the upgrade. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was great.

Overpriced Disappointing Stay
Pros: Convenient from the interstate and 5 mins down the road to restaurants. Dove soap in the bathroom is great. Dog area with poop bags and trash can at back of building, but poorly lit. Area is safe, I took the dog out alone at night, as a female. Cons: Upon walking in the room, it smelled like ass. Clearly there has been tons of animals in the room. The carpets are dirty and my dog ended up munching on some food left under a bed. The bedskirts have stains all over them and human hair. The bathtub needs a good clean as it's very dull and dark looking. My bed was completely sacked out and likely hasn't been changed since the hotel opened 10 yrs ago...hotel is surprisingly beat for its age. Bed not only is sacked out, but it made a weird loud creaking noise whenever you moved. I have back issues and the bed sent me into a flare up. Not ideal on the first night of our trip. People with trailers should not be allowed to take up 4 parking spots, it was hard to find a place to park after we came back with dinner. Smokers are allowed to smoke at the front door including employees, which is very gross to walk through all that cigarette smoke and nasty spit wads when trying to get into the hotel. Was trying to keep my dogs feet clean, so her OWN bed isn't dirty. Wouldn't stay here again! Pet fee too expensive for such a dirty room. Room was expensive for off-season in October. Lampshade needs to go in the garbage! Full of holes and stains. Pillows are flat as pancakes.
