"We enjoyed our stay at the Pan Pacific. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is beautiful. The room was very clean. We could hear a lot of noise at night, alarm going off and doors from rooms not too far closing all the time. The hot tub was working on and off, not making bubbles as it should. We used the sauna and it was great. The location is very convenient if you wish to be by the waterfront. "
