The property was fine once we were about to check-in. Front desk informed us that our booking from Expedia did not come through to hotel’s room reservation system (ie system issue). Entire family had to wait extended period during checkin for hotel staff to sort out problem with Expedia Service Desk (I think). We were late for our dinner reservation and appointment as result. Hotel checkin staff was unapologetic and repeated it was not the hotel’s fault, which I didn’t care to know but just wanted a quick resolution to the problem. Brutal checkin experience and terrible guest service (specifically the person whom we were checking in with)

Excellent hotel! Perfect location in center of town. Walkable to everything and great transportation options. Great view of the city and mountains! Very good, clean, comfortable, quiet and functional room. Upscale decor. Terrific restaraunt and amenities. Will definitely go back!

The service at the restaurant was very average for a 5 star. The room windows were so dirty and covered in bird poo and the building adjacent is very close and the occupants could see in to our rooms. I was actually pretty disappointed in the stay

The staff was kind and professional. The place is also situated at a convenient location with access to several shops. Our room was spacious and clean adorned with elegant furniture. My only complaint was that I could faintly hear the people next door while they were talking, so the soundproofing between walls was a bit on the weaker side, in my opinion.
