"What made the difference for us was the service. The gentle man at the front door was so nice. One of the few people we’ve met in India with who the interaction felt genuine. Rooms are comfortable The water pressure in the shower is memorable ( didn’t find better in the state) Convenient restaurant on site I would recommend with no hesitation. Out of habit and culturally they tend to direct more information and billing to the man even if booking under the woman’s name. It can take you back, but know it’s cultural. "

"Very clean, excellent condition rooms and bedding, good breakfast spread. The location is very central for major city attractions. Best of all, service from bell desk, front desk (Mahipal), coffee shop (Rizwan and Vipin) and housekeeping (Satya) were all fantastic. Highly recommend if you want something nice, secure and functional in Jaipur and don’t need “fancy” or opulent."

"Excellent property. I want to make special mention of Mayank Sambhawani who was the Rooms Director; Prashant Singh at the front desk and Kishan the driver were excellent. They all provided great service and help. Prashant went over and above to make our stay comfortable and ensure we got what we needed. Kishan driver was very knowledgeable and helpful.
