Great people, worn out rooms.

Our room smelled damp and there was a lot of wear and tear. May be time for some updates. The breakfast was great and the staff friendly!

I was staying in a room on the 2nd floor. At round 10pm, a new group checked in the room directly above me on the 3rd floor, making a lot of loud noises, including stumping on the floor. At times, the walls were shaking. I called the front desk for help and waited until about 11:30pm. The disturbance was still there. I called the front desk for the 3rd time and requested to change room. The front desk Rep told me that i would have to go on line and book a new room because "my manager is not here and I can't make changes". I was told this even when I asked him if i can pay for the difference to go to another room if the same type of room I was staying in was not available. He basically refused to help. The noise continued until about 12:30am. In addition, hot water pressure was sporadic. Other than the location, there is nothing that I have experienced at this hotel deserved a good recommendation.

Great value, couple little quirks to the room

Heater routinely made odd tones and noises throughout the night, eventually got up and shut it off. Got blasted with cold water out of nowhere during shower.

Staff of the hotel need to keep the front parking for customers, I was parking the first day and a SUV went in the spot I was going in, she got off then noticed me, she got back in and backed out but parked next to me!! How was I suppose to park when she was in my way, I have a big truck! I saw her wearing a uniform, she went in, a little later as I was wheeling in my clothes she was clocking in at front desk. She stayed parked there til 5pm. The next day she arrived and parked in same place again-also the guy that was sweeping the floor by elevator also wearing a uniform went outside checked on his red SUV that was parked right in front. I saw that while eating breakfast on day two. Us customers had to park away from the front bc there was no room up front! It was annoying
