"The staff was accommodating and friendly. The hotel was immaculate and had a pleasant smell. Our room was great. My only suggestion would be to have a large table area for guests to play cards in the evening. We loved the cozy fireplace. "

"The room was basic but adequate. I liked that we stayed in the park - it was convenient, we could just have a meal at the Yavapai lodge and walk to the shuttle. You park the car right in front of the room. The buffet was nice. The elf burger from the Tavern though was super disappointing and not worth the money because there was so little garnish on it, it was basically bread with a meat patty, very little cheese and a few pieces of marinated red pepper. There is very limited seating in the Tavern but you get seated in the general food court, which was nice. "
