I was charged twice by this property and have been calling since my stay with no resolution. It’s been 11 days and I’ve been calling to speak with a manager and had to no surprise she’s never there and when she is she doesn’t answer nor return calls.

We had a layover and chose to stay here. The staff was friendly and the hotel itself is beautiful. The only thing was the comfort of the mattress. It was like trying to sleep on a brick slab.

The bathroom looked like a bathroom in a hospital. No counter space no extra drawers When booked the reservation, we were told there would be free breakfast with the room, but the rent desk said otherwise. They charged us for breakfast The experience could have been better We won’t be coming back to that hotel

Location was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. The only (and very minor) thing was that the shower door screeched loudly when you opened and closed it - and that was a little jarring first thing in the morning. Otherwise, everything was absolutely wonderful!

It was nice to walk into a friendly welcome, easy check-in, clean room and bathroom, and have a shuttle to the airport early enough to catch an early morning flight.
