Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed and pillows were even more comfortable than some much higher priced places we have stayed. There was some noise in the parking lot but nothing excessive. Desk staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. Will be back!

The staff worked with us with early check out. The rooms did not feel cleaned. Since the property did not have a dual air system, even the non-smoking rooms had the smell of weed and cigarette. For our two day stay, the rooms weren't cleaned. We didn't get any new towels, and the beds weren't made up.

The room smelled like smoke so bad, that once I was back home, all my clothes and even my backpack stink like cigarettes(I do not smoke). I didn't have hot water for 2 days and I found 5 big hairballs in my bed. The pros were that there was a pretty decent size fridge and 2 electeic burners to cook. The staff was also nice

My stay at this motel was awful. The manager is horribly rude, and very deceitful. He charged me more than I was quoted on Expedia. He also charged $50 for a nonexistent rollaway cot. I had to ask for a receipt. I didn’t notice until the end of our stay. When I needed to extend our stay (no other availability), he told me not to book it through Expedia and he would arrange it. Then, when the new registration was to start, he blatantly lied to me and said that he had told me it was not possible when I originally asked. I found out from several staff that he lied to me because he wanted the room for FEMA, as they pay $50 above the regular rate. He kicked me and my disabled mother out with one day’s notice. He should not receive FEMA contracts. I also found out that if you decline having your room cleaned, the poor staff (an elderly couple) don’t get paid. They practically begged me to clean the room, so I let them despite my mother being in the bed. It was all around a horrible experience. I have stayed in another Red Roof Inn in Pennsylvania and had a much better experience.

We were unable to stay because they couldn't find our reservation. When they did they insisted it was for one room and not 2. After the woman trying for 10 minutes to figure it out, we left and had to find another hotel. This created additional stress since we came to town for a funeral

I recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn for a business trip and had a great experience. The reception was friendly and welcoming, and the staff throughout my stay were attentive and supportive. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a nice environment to unwind after work. I will definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Greenwood.

Shiny is a very, very rude person
The hotel itself was nice. It was the man by the name of Shubh who I had the issue with. My hotel card kept messing up and I didn’t know why. After ten times of it messing up, Shubh finally yells at me “don’t use your phone for your card!” Then I go what? He says it again even more aggressive. Again I say, what? He says it again slightly madder. That’s when I go, sorry, I’m not understanding what you’re saying. That’s when he grabs the card and touches the phone with it and goes “don’t use your phone for your card!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He got extremely aggressive about it. That’s when I figured out what he was saying and I was like,oh ok. He continued to yell at me after I told him that I didn’t know that( I don’t stay in hotels). He waited till it messed up 10 times before he told me what I was doing wrong.He treated me like I was stupid and I really don’t appreciate it. I was gonna stay for 3 weeks but cuz of that guy I left after 3. You guys lost a lot of money cuz of Shubh. This guy is terrible at communicating. You should put that guy that works on Sundays in a higher position cuz that guy is much, much, much, much, more pleasant to be around

The property was properly cleaned, but I switched rooms 3x because of door lock/door gap issues that made it feel unsafe. The breakfast was only waffles, cold cereal, juice, and coffee out of a machine (not good), and the staff was luke warm, no smiles, no enthusiasm, minimal greetings.

Decent for a night
Decent for a night. Had no plans of staying overnight in a hotel until last minute so we found what was available near us. This is run down motel in not great shape but it was clean as could be. Safe and clean was the most important.
