Thank you for visiting our Royal Palms 206 condo in beautiful Gulf Shores. This unit is located on the 2nd floor and features beautiful décor and furnishings. We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure our guests have a great experience. We inspect our units frequently and enjoy adding the little touches that make the condo warm and inviting. We also own and offer units 904 and 1202. You can view all our units on our FB page "Gulf Shores Vacation."

A beach front private balcony with a panoramic view of emerald green water and white sandy beaches can be accessed from the living room. You are just steps away from white sandy beaches and warm gulf waters. You can watch the sunrise over the gulf waters while you enjoy your morning coffee, watch the dolphins and enjoy glorious sunsets at the end of the day with a spectacular view.

Royal Palms is located next to the State Park and Pier which means very limited number of people on the beach. One of the many great features is that you can drive up to the second floor and access this unit without the use of an elevator, which means no waiting in line and very easy access to the unit. It is a very tight turn going up the ramp to park on the second floor so we do not recommend large vehicles park on the second floor.

This unit is a direct Gulf Front unit and is located on the second floor. It is a 1BR/2BA unit with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, bunks in the hallway, queen size sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. The hallway bunks are small so not recommended for adults or tall children. Beautiful spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset over the Gulf of Mexico with sugar white beach. Convenient to all the action of the Gulf Shores Orange Beach.

This is a great complex with an indoor and outdoor pool plus hot tubs. There is also a sauna and steam room located on the 2nd floor. The building is well maintained and has amazing views of the Gulf and is located next the state park which means the beach area is never crowded and you can also walk to the pier. We have many repeat guests that enjoy Royal Palms!We own and manage all of our units.

We are local so we have a hands on all of our properties and inspect all units on a regular basis. My wife Sonya enjoys working with guests with recommendations for shopping, dining, things to do so if you are new to the area or it's been a little while since your last visit please follow the booking instructions to request information on our recommendations.

The parking area located on the second floor has a very sharp turn so we strongly recommend large vehicles do not park on second floor.

Beach Getaway

Very Nice place. Very Clean. Close to gulf state park where spent a lot of time on the trails riding our bikes. Being on the balcony sitting drinking our morning coffee was an added bonus! Thanks for a great stay.

Very ideal for small children and the location was ideal for having littles on the trip as well. Simple check in / check out. Everything went smooth. No complaints. If had I to nag something it would be the public beach access people use and kinda gets in the view/way of condo visitors. Still not as crowed as you’d think.

Wonderful experience

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Palm location. We had an awesome view of the Gulf and were right next to the Gulf State Park and pier. The condo was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Our host Jason was great to work with and communicated promptly with us. We felt very welcome and at home.

We loved the location. The bed was very comfortable. All amenities were just as expected/advertised. The beach was wonderful, loaded with seashells and sand-dollars. We watched dolphins swimming by everyday from the balcony. Great place to vacation!

We enjoyed staying here. We have 4 small kids so the bunk beds were great! Access to the beach and view from the balcony was wonderful. The beach wasn’t overcrowded here so that was a plus! Everything was as advertised/pictured!

Spectacular View

The view was beautiful. Had many meals on the balcony overlooking the gulf. Only a rocks throw to the beach. The condo was clean and efficient. Jason was great to check on us, making sure we had everything we needed and not to hesitate to call. Also enjoyed the sauna that was available at the facility. Can't wait to go back again.

Wonderful Condo

Great condo!!!!!!! We loved being able to park right outside of the condo on the second floor!!! And, yes, it is a tight turn to get up there!!! Jason was wonderful to work with and addressed the one concern that I had during our stay!!! Beach wasn’t crowded and weather was beautiful!!! Hope to stay in this condo again next year!!!

Perfect Spot for Family Getaway

A cozy space with oceanfront views and easy access to a variety of restaurants and attractions. The building is at the very end of a line of other residential buildings and right next to a protected dune restoration so the beach was much less crowded than other areas. The host was responsive and check-in/check-out was a breeze.

Relax.......

The Condo was as advertised. Great view from the balcony, easy access from the 2nd floor to all the other amenities the facility offered. The pool and hot tub were set at very comfortable temperatures. The beach was clean and inviting (water there was not so comfortable temp). Back inside the condo everything worked well. Never used the dishwasher. The two bathrooms were a plus. There was some construction noise next to the building, but it never really became a problem. Parking on 2nd floor was a problem (clearance is not just an issue on the sides of your vehicle but also clearance above the pavement). Plenty of parking elsewhere and you can use a cart to help unpack and pack your car. Location of the building is great as it is at the far east side of the beach and therefore there is never a crowd of people. When we return to GS, this would be the place we would stay!

#206 in Royal Palms in Gulf Shores was a perfect getaway from crowded, hot Texas!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience! Owners Jason and Sonya Willis were very friendly, even suggesting restaurants, shops, and other local interesting sites! Being from Texas, we welcomed Sonya's many suggestions. Our room was on the 2nd floor of a 12-floor condo and we had a wonderful view! It sleeps six, including a king master, two bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa. But it was perfect for the two of us. Everything was updated with a beach theme, and the furniture was so comfortable! Of the two baths, we preferred the tub with shower curtain (more room). BE AWARE that umbrellas and chairs must be rented. But guests brought their own chairs and/or umbrellas (even tents). We used our own chairs and just rented an umbrella for $15. The water was green and had a soothing, mild temperature. One day we went to a marina on Orange Beach and looked at shops and restaurants. The next time we stay in Gulf Shores, we will definitely stay in this condo!
