House keeping really makes this hotel look bad! They don’t fully make up the bed and clean the bathroom! I have complained to the front desk but it keeps happening. There is an older lady on the weekends I know my room gets clean when she works!! The housekeeping SUCKS!!!!

The staff were amazing and we thank them greatly for accommodating us. From opening the breakfast area after arriving late and also helping us check in early as we were fleeing from a hurricane. It isn’t something we will forget any time soon. The rooms were clean for the most part. But we did find some things like the mini fridge unclean and wrappers behind the beds. As well as a few small roaches wandering around. We also turned up the air conditioning as it was set to very low and ended up waking up to a very odd smell. Which resulted in a few of us waking up feeling sick. I believe it was said they that were newly renovated so maybe that was it. All in all, despite a few small things. It’s worth a 5/5 more so for how kind the staff was to us, in our time of need.

Twice with this stay I had to call because I didn’t get room service. Good thing I bring my own cleaning supplies. Yesterday the covers were just thrown over the bed the sheets nor pillow cases where straightened out. I am booked one more time through my company. It’s time to move on!

I did have to tell them about housekeeping not changing my sheets and pillow cases. But once I did they got changed. Air freshener would be a plus in the rooms to get the stuffiness smell out! But I do like my stay, bed is super comfortable and not far from work!!

Came here from evacuating hurricane Helene and so glad we found this hotel! Staff is super friendly, good breakfast, and loved how everything was down the street/ walking distance for shopping and eating. The room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back to the hotel again to visit and explore more of Foley!

As soon as we walked in the room there was a strange odor. I couldn't tell if it was a moldy smell or what but it gave me a headache and me and my daughter woke up with a stuffy nose and congestion. There was also a dampness in the air as if the A/C was not dehumidifing the room. I also killed 2 small roaches on the desk. The place is dated but has some upgrades. Bed was comfy. We stayed only because i had booked through Expedia and couldnt get a refund.

I didn't like the rooms, i moved to 2 different rooms both smell and roaches in the second one, bathtubs was bad in both rooms, sheets was beaded, a lot of wear on them, in other words, they need to replace rhe sheets, i can say the rooms was cool, that's all, i definitely wouldn't stay there again or recommend this hotel
