They were doing a remodel, exposed my email address with other guests on an email blast, had workers banging up until 7pm, started at 8am. Staff couldn't care less about the horrible experience.

The property was undergoing renovations which is totally fine as the manager reached out to us prior to our stay to alert us. What was disappointing was the cleanliness of the area. There were used medical gloves outside our hotel room door for the duration of our stay, the furniture in our room was stained, the sink would not drain, there was water leaking from the ceiling, on & on. All of that said, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was very clean and not hot when we arrived. Hotel was under construction and elevator was out, we were informed of the day before check in . Everyone was nice and helpful. The air conditioning didn’t feel like the temperature it said. Overall was a good stay

Air conditioning is not great. It had cool air coming out of it but didn’t keep the room cool. When we got off the elevator, the whole upper floor was hot. Linen and pillows for the sofa bed had a weird smell. I think it took on the scent of the plastic bag that it is kept in. Maybe it had not been changed out in a while…

Dirty room
Room was dirty. Upon walking in, there was a gold fish cracker and tag on the floor next to bed. Presumably no one vacuumed . Beds “seemed” clean. Rooms are old. Bathrooms are old and rundown . Don’t expect to wash/rinse your hair with the lack of water pressure. Pool was dirty. Never saw anyone cleaning it . I thought they had a restaurant but never saw any food , anyone cooking, anyone ordering .. etc Won’t be back.
