Wonderful family stay in Hāna
We were so glad we decided to stay two nights at the Hāna-Maui instead of returning to West Maui after the road to Hāna. The property was beautiful and peaceful, and well situated to enjoy the nature of East Maui. The oceanfront bungalows were wonderful, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. My only nit is that it seemed a little short staffed for a resort of this caliber.

Amazing break from everyday life in absolute comfort. We got upgrade to an ocean from room for free. Loved to have the gym and free yoga.:) the main pool was drained & refilled the 2 days we were there, so that was a bummer, but still had the other pool to use. Would love to stay here again.

Such a bummer! Hana hotel filled their best feature- a beautiful spa above the rolling hills/ocean and filled it with concrete, boo Hyatt. Then, when I was told to book the spa and pay $45 for the spa experience except oops, our spa is broken. Really ruined our trip there and why I am writing this review. Honestly, if hotels are hotels what are you paying for? I will always love Hana tho m. Hope Hyatt improves

Magnificent oceanfront one night stay in bungalow.
The oceanfront bungalow was fabulous! We really enjoyed the views from the lanai. The manicured grounds were amazing with plumaria trees and mountain views too. We had breakfast in the restaurant and thought the food was great and the waterview was very nice. I will be coming back.

Gorgeous property. The staff was equally amazing especially Selma & Kepa. Everything about our stay was amazing. We only stayed 1 night which was too short. Longer next time it is expensive but worth the splurge.

Nice property and great location but it’s not worth the price. Lots of ants were in the room. Restaurants were just ok. Better to stay elsewhere and leave early for the drive to Hana so that you can drive back to your hotel.
